Mathias Lock - Mathias Lock (working ca 1731 - ca 1768) was a London carver and gilder who was an accomplished designer and ornamentalist. Lock, in partnership with Henry Copland was one of the craftsmen who introduced the Rococo Furniture Style to England in the late 1730s.
